Services are tailor-made, after exchange with the client to define their needs.

Pricing and payment

Services are quoted on a flat fee or daily basis (€450 to €700 HT/day depending on the format). Detailed pricing is available on the pricing page. Quotation is free, valid for 30 days. Engagement begins at signature and payment of the deposit.

Intellectual property

Deliverables produced under a flat-fee mission become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The content of ludomatique.com (texts, images, videos, source code, design) is the property of LuDoMaTiQuE and is protected by intellectual property law.

Personal data

The use of the site involves the processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR. For full information, please consult our privacy policy.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Chaumont (Haute-Marne, France).
