Preferential rate reserved for support contracts.

A flexible subscription for organisations that want to integrate AI for the long term, with a single contact who knows your context.

How it works

→ Volume adjusted to real need, month by month (1 to 5 days)
→ Initial commitment: 3 months, renewable in 3-month periods
→ Monthly billing in advance, adjustment the following month
→ Notice of termination: 30 days before end of period

Why this lower rate

Recurrence gives you a contact who does not start from scratch on every mission, and who becomes progressively more efficient as they get to know your organisation.

One-off

One-off intervention

€700 / day or €100 / hour

Minimum 2 hours billed.

For short, non-recurring needs: troubleshooting, advice, second opinion, precise technical intervention.

Billing

Billed by time spent, declared by half-day or hourly slot depending on the format chosen at order.

Engagement modalities

Remote (default)

All services are delivered remotely by default:

→ Video conferencing (Google Meet, Teams, Zoom…)
→ Phone
→ Screen sharing for demos and training

This modality covers 100% of technical needs and the vast majority of support needs.

On-site (quoted)

Possible for team training, collective workshops, strategic scoping meetings. Additional quote including:

→ Travel time billed at the daily rate
→ Real transport costs without margin, with receipts

Travel possible within a 50 km radius of Chaumont (France). Beyond, remote collaboration.

Commercial conditions

Quote and commitment

→ First conversation and quote are free
→ Quote valid 30 days
→ Commitment takes effect upon signature of the quote and payment of the deposit

Deposit and balance

New clients (1^st mission)

→ 50% on signature, before start
→ 50% on delivery, within 15 days

Returning clients

→ 30% on signature, before start
→ 70% on delivery, within 15 days

Missions over 5 days

Three instalments: 30% on signature, 40% intermediate milestone, 30% on delivery.

Monthly support

Billed in advance at start of month; adjustment the following month if any gap.

Settlement

→ Bank transfer only
→ Settlement deadline: 15 days from invoice receipt
→ Late penalties: three times the legal interest rate in force, due as of right after formal notice
→ Fixed recovery indemnity: €40 (French Commercial Code, article D441-5)

VAT

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. LuDoMaTiQuE benefits from the VAT-base exemption. Amounts shown are net of tax.

Confidentiality

All information shared within the scope of a mission is treated as strictly confidential. A confidentiality agreement can be signed on request before the quote starts.

Intellectual property

Deliverables produced in a fixed-fee mission are the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. Generic methods, scripts and tools developed by LuDoMaTiQuE for its own needs remain the property of LuDoMaTiQuE and may be reused for other clients.
